Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage client care remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options, while contributing to a mission of expanding access to mental health care. Key responsibilities Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs Utilize technology effectively for patient interactions and documentation Required qualifications Master's level degree in social work and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Experience in mental health or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred Ability to maintain a private and secure work-from-home environment for HIPAA compliance
