Entry Level Office and Assistant Property Manager

Location: 470 Burritt Street, New Britain, CT 06053
Pay: $18–$20 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement and bonus opportunities
Work setting: In person, with local errands and property visits

We are hiring an entry-level assistant property manager to support our front desk and property operations.
No previous industry experience is required—we will train you!
This role offers hands-on learning, a variety of responsibilities, and room for advancement.
What you will do· Welcome and assist tenants, condo owners, vendors, and visitors at the front desk.
· Answer calls, respond to questions, and direct requests to the appropriate team member.
· Help with everyday office tasks, filing, and scheduling.
· Make local bank and post office runs.
· Assist with apartment showings and property inspections.
· Meet vendors, contractors, and inspectors at properties as needed.
· Attend meetings on behalf of the property management company.
· Support our property management, maintenance, and construction teams.
What we are looking for· A friendly, professional attitude and a willingness to learn.
· Dependability, punctuality, and good organizational and communication skills.
· Basic computer skills and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
· A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local work travel.
· Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus, but are not required.
