We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer specialized in Python and React to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js and designing scalable, robust back-end microservices using Python. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, bridging the gap between functional UI/UX designs and high-performance server-side logic

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Design, implement, and maintain highly responsive user interfaces using React.js . Translate mockups and wireframes into clean, high-quality code.
• Back-End Architecture: Write effective, scalable, and reusable Python code using modern frameworks (e.g., FastAPI , Django , or Flask ).
• API & Integration: Design and build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs , ensuring smooth data flow and seamless integration between the front-end components and back-end logic.
• Database Management: Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB) to optimize storage, run complex queries, and manage data pipelines.
• Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across various web browsers and infrastructure environments.
• Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews, write comprehensive technical documentation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, UX designers, and DevOps)

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 6+ years of professional software engineering experience working with full-stack applications.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• React Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and core React.js concepts, state management workflows (e.g., Redux, Context API), and front-end build tools.
• Python Skills: Solid experience with server-side logic in Python and at least one major framework (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Tooling & Ecosystem: Direct experience with Git version control and modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, clear communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
