9 months Dallas and Ashburn hub wireless delivered on the RNB schedule; runbooks complete.

Production ownership of Catalyst 9800 controllers (appliance and 9800-CL) not simply AP swaps.
Catalyst Center / DNA Center in production: certificates, inventory, provisioning, assurance.
Hands-on Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN (Viptela): WAN Edge deployment, policy, segmentation.
RF design and site surveys (Ekahau or equivalent); independent Cisco TAC case ownership.
Current CCNA plus Cisco Certified Specialist Enterprise Wireless; 802.11ax/be, 802.11r/k/v, 802.1X/EAP-TLS, WPA3; Wireshark and over-the-air capture.
STRONGLY PREFERRED
CCNP Enterprise with wireless concentration (350-401 ENCOR + 300-430 ENWLSI or 300-425 ENWLSD).
300-415 ENSDWI (Catalyst SD-WAN). CCIE Enterprise Wireless is a differentiator, not required.
300-715 SISE (ISE) and 300-410 ENARSI; Python or PowerShell plus REST API automation.
SolarWinds telemetry and service-dashboard construction; Infoblox DNS/DHCP exposure.
