We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, full-time agents ready to manage a substantial volume of business. Our agents typically close 2-3 transactions monthly within their first 60 days by leveraging our live-connection leads. With over $500 million in annual volume and a collaborative culture where no one builds alone, we provide the support you need to transform potential into production.

1. Abundant LEADS: Receive 20-30 tangible showing leads monthly—these are live consumers eager to tour properties now, not just cold internet leads.
2. Strategic Mentorship: Collaborate with a dedicated Production Coach and participate in weekly sales training directly with our founder.
3. Administrative Support: Utilize our in-house Transaction Coordinators and Compliance Officers, allowing you to focus on your clients.
4. Wealth Building Focus: Benefit from highly competitive splits and coaching designed to help you build a sustainable, referral-centric business.

1. Manage a consistent flow of live-transfer connections with urgency and professionalism.
2. Conduct expert buyer and seller consultations to identify client goals and property requirements.
3. Master local market conditions across Southern California to serve as a neighborhood authority.
4. Maintain a high-performance mindset focused on delivering 5-star client experiences and successful closings.

1. Active California DRE License (Mandatory): All candidates must have an active license prior to joining.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)

Schedule:

1. Self-determined schedule
2. Weekend availability required for live tour connections

Supplemental Pay:

1. Commission pay
