You'll own your pipeline from the first conversation to a signed contract, supported by a team that handles marketing, transactions, and operations. You'll receive monthly training pay plus commission, with the potential to transition into a full-time W-2 role. Compensation:

$80,000 - $170,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue potential off-market residential properties to expand our portfolio.
• Engage directly with homeowners to understand their needs and present tailored acquisition solutions.
• Negotiate purchase agreements that align with company goals and homeowner expectations.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop strategies that attract potential sellers.
• Maintain an organized pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth transaction processes.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for strategic acquisitions.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless contract execution and closing processes.
