Fox Hospital for a 13 -week contract. The LPN will be responsible for providing compassionate nursing care to residents, administering medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring residents' conditions, documenting patient care, assisting with ADLs, and collaborating with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
