Salary: $58,240 - 58,240 per year Requirements:

• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, ASP.NET, C#, jQuery, and SQL; experience with Visual Studio 2022, Sublime Text, SourceTree, and GitHub; AWS experience is preferred.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including tact and negotiation.
• Ability to apply engineering principles and concepts to design work.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and requests in a fast-paced environment.
• A four-year university degree or equivalent experience in engineering, technology, or information technology.
• One to three years of programming or software development experience, including experience with software development processes and Agile development or environments.
• An IT-related degree is preferred. Recent graduates may be considered; relevant internship experience is preferred for recent graduates.

• Program and provide internal user support, including managing and developing applications and servers and performing data analysis.
• Develop, code, configure, and test programs and systems in a call center environment.
• Evaluate and implement software enhancements to improve cost, quality, and performance.
• Onboard new features in call center software.
• Analyze assignments and determine the software specifications needed to meet objectives.
• Prepare required documentation as directed or needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure features meet business needs.
• Follow industry-standard Agile methods for software design, development, and documentation.
• Write and test code to deliver functionality for an assigned portion of a product, applying existing applications to routine problems.

We are recruiting for an entry-level Software Engineer to join a product team alongside software engineers and analysts. The role supports product design and offers an opportunity to learn and build capability; supervisors review work and decisions before implementation. The position is based onsite in Johnston, Iowa (50131), with no remote work. It is a two-year W-2 contract, and C2C arrangements are not accepted. Pay is $28 per hour, with a first-shift schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and minimal overtime. The dress code is business casual. Interviews are preferred through Teams, though onsite interviews may be considered for local candidates. Visa sponsorship is unavailable now or in the future.
