Specifically applying Drywall Finishing and/or Sheetrock skills to the interior of the homes.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Able to apply mud on 1st and 2nd coats with a high degree of quality.Flexibility and willingness to perform other duties in addition to tape and texture.Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.Keeps area neat and clean.Must work well with others as a team and be able to take direction to accomplish goals.Highly productive & motivated with a sense of urgency to meet a demanding work schedule.Punctual with good attendance.Must pay particular attention to safety and quality.Read blueprints and ordersCommunicate well with coworkersCompetenciesMust have a strong work ethicMust have the ability to work quickly and methodicallyMust understand safety proceduresMust have good teamwork skillsMust live the Champion Operating PrinciplesQualificationsMust have 2 years of Drywall experience.Previous experience in manufacturing housing desired.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
