Your Mission As an Executive Protection Agent, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:
- Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client's office suite.
- Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure, including locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
- Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
- Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
- Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
- Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
- Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
- Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.
What You Bring Experience - Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).
Certifications & Credentials: - Valid Guard Card & Firearm Permit (concealed and/or exposed)
- TX Level III and IV licenses
- U.S. Passport & Driver's License
- American Heart Association BLS Provider OR HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Completion of Residential Security or Executive Protection Academy
- Background Investigation & Drug Screening
- Passing a pre-employment Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
Skills & Attributes: - Strong situational awareness and tactical mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Familiarity with residential security technologies and protocols
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior military or law enforcement experience
- Specialized training in emergency medicine, crisis management, or surveillance
- Experience with estate management systems and smart home security platforms
