We are seeking a Corporate M&A Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join a sophisticated transactional practice in Chicago.
The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience handling mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and other corporate transactions. Experience representing private companies, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and strategic buyers and sellers is particularly relevant.
Candidates should have substantive exposure to the transaction lifecycle, including drafting and reviewing acquisition agreements and ancillary documents, managing due diligence, and assisting with signing and closing processes.
Experience with private equity transactions, middle-market M&A, venture capital, securities matters, or healthcare transactions is a plus, but not required.
