Chevrolet Sales Consultant | New & Used Vehicle Sales

Reliable Chevrolet Springfield | Springfield, MO

Compensation: $55,000 - $150,000+ annually
Commission-Based Compensation | Paid Semi-Monthly

What You'll Do

• Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned Chevrolet vehicles
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
• Build relationships with customers and create a positive buying experience
• Maintain knowledge of Chevrolet products, features, incentives, and promotions
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Coordinate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Develop repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to complete pre-employment screening requirements, including background and drug testing where permitted by law

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the day
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
